Growing on two fronts. I think the number of online non-attorney, legal service providers like Legal Zoom will continue to grow and that the number of attorney-run virtual law firms will continue to grow as well.

Historically, there has been a lot of animosity and competition between these two groups but I think there's room for both and am optimistic that we are moving into a period where we figure out how these groups can work together.

For example, people CAN get great forms via services like LegalZoom but a form is not enough if you don't understand how to use it or what other forms you need. People make big mistakes this way. Attorneys are still needed to fill-in this knowledge gap and advise their clients.
