This depends entirely on the kind of person you are but one definite advantage is that you have security. I get paid twice a month which means that I have a regular flow of income. (Which answers this question: 13. How has being remotely employed saved you guys?
A few pros: regular income, security, truly location independent, you have a team to count on for support.
A few cons: Still stuck to shifts which means that if I want to have a day off due to unforeseen events, it's a little difficult to change say the day before or day of.
Depending on the type of shift I am on, not having working internet can be extremely frustrating, Income is steady but slow to go up as in most corporate jobs.
