How do you structure your responsibilities between parents when travelling full-time?

We have always done a good job of sharing responsibilities as parents, even in San Francisco where we both worked from home. We trade having to change diapers, hold, or chase the baby while at restaurants. We are a team! Kevin will watch Otto for two hours at a time so I can do work or take him to the playground if I have a skype call. We seem to split up some minor things such as Kevin generally sets up and breaks down the crib and I tend to be responsible for making sure Otto's teeth are brushed. I also worried more about toiletries and clothing to pack while Kevin made sure we had the necessary electronics and locks.
