Where are your favorite digital nomad destinations?

When I got to Bali last year, I made a point to book myself a two week stay in a villa outside of the popular foreigner's hub. I was in the middle of the countryside, with some good time to work, rest, read, and enjoy the pool. It was an awesome way to take a solid breather after an intense and expensive couple of days in Singapore.

I also had a good time in Shanghai, Seoul, Sydney, Melbourne, and Saigon where I could easily walk or take public transport and move around easily and pretty quickly.
