What's the usual project timeline of your clients as a freelance digital marketer?

Generally, there's a briefing phase that can take any time between a week to a month, depending on how busy they are, or if I have a project that I need to wrap up something first.

Then, it takes me between 15-30 days to go from "I think I know what I'm supposed to do here" to "OK, now I know what to do on this project".

During the early phases of a new project, I try to communicate with my client a lot to ensure I'm using the right tone of voice when talking to their customers, or to get a better sense for how I should handle certain things.
