What are the best and hardest parts of running your own remote firm?

You'll probably hear similar responses from other business owners but the BEST is when things are going well and YOU feel proud of what you have built. The WORST is when things are not going well and you (naturally) doubt YOURSELF because it is YOUR business afterall.

It can also be difficult to discuss problems with non-business owner friends and family whose solution to any slow periods or business problems is to encourage you to get a full-time job with a salary. That is why I've realized how essential it is to make connections with other business owners and remote workers across industries.
