At what point in the business do you think one should try to turn it passive?

I struggle to believe that any business is ever FULLY passive as things will always need to be updated or fixed... but I think once you have your systems dialled in and a team you trust that can handle all of the daily operations for you then it is much easier to run a "passive" business.

One book I LOVE for this kind of thing is Clockwork by Mike Michalowicz! SO good!
