Do you get sponsors for every event that you manage?

No, I don't. A sponsor is always a plus and for some type of events necessary, but it's also a lot of work, especially matching the right sponsor with the relevant event. I believe that some events don't necessarily require a sponsorship, but can benefit from other sources of income, like a paid ticket for attendees, which help the organisers pay for the costs and for their own work.
