The majority of my time is spent on learning. Online courses, books, university - those are all obvious ways to do it.
I also build things on the side, which I see as a learning experience.
But by far the most intense learning experience I had was working in that high-tech startup. The CEO and CTO were both brilliant people, with years of experience and successful exits in their past ventures. In addition, the startup was located in an incubator, which ran by other people who mentored me at one point or another. For example, there would be a 3 day startup bootcamp for students. I would always participate there. In general, during my time there I would pick any task needed, I would attend any meeting I could and would talk to everyone there to learn their story.
I stopped doing that in March, then I started to focus on this new business of mine. By the end of the first month we were already cash flow positive. Today most of my learning is courses & books.
