Right now, my business is registered in my home country, Germany. However, I am in the process of deregistering and cutting off all the ties that I still have in Germany in order to set up a business in Estonia for convenience reasons.
I have no intention of living in Germany again in the future and would much rather continue exploring the world for a couple more years before settling down somewhere else.
That's why I choose to cut ties and move my business abroad.
When it comes to setting up a business in Estonia, you need to apply for an E-residency visa first. Once you are accepted, you can use that to set up a business and bank account in Estonia.
I know that there are also plenty of services that allow you to set up a LLC in the US (Delaware) as a foreigner such as Stripe Atlas.
