What is your ideal working environment while traveling as a freelancer?

When I was traveling, I was working from the Airbnb most of the time. Then, I'd take breaks throughout the day or in the evening to go out and get some fresh air.

So really all I need is a quiet desk and a solid internet connection. In that regards, it wasn't too difficult to find while traveling abroad.
