What does your startup's structure look like: how many people do you hire and what are their responsibilities?

For Infographics business it was me and my partner and then loooots of freelancers.

I had a freelancer for almost any task - design, animation, illustration, sound design, copywriting... And I actually had more than one for each task, in case someone is not available.
