Which cities in the world have the best digital nomad communities?

I cannot do a global benchmark, but out of the ones I've visited the one with the coolest community is Medellin in Colombia. I also enjoyed the vibe in Mexico City and Lima, and back in Europe, Barcelona and Lisbon.
