How does a remote attorney go about automating their business?

The goal for me is for it to be MOSTLY automated. In my profession, I am always going to have some role but there are ways to minimize that.

For example, I have started using a contract attorney and law clerk to help with some of my work. I still manage the strategic decision making and am the final reviewer but having some help, well, frees up time!

And, as money permits, my next steps towards automation are to:

1. create templates for common projects and then a system to auto-populate them; and
2. hire a call service to answer calls and deal with scheduling.
