How do you find people to interview for your videocast?

Through Instagram and personal connections. I could do a whole workshop on how I have met people through Instagram, but several of those people are now in my group.

But otherwise it's mostly so far my friends that I have met over the past couple of years as I travel around the world and people I know from New York City.
