As a digital marketer, do you notice huge cultural differences when dealing with foreign clients?

I've only ever had to work around this with clients based in the US or in the UK, which, while being a more aggressive work culture, remains fairly similar to the corporate work culture in France, for the most part.

I haven't had to deal with bigger cultural differences when working with a client, which is lucky I guess. When traveling last year, my clients were based across France, the UK, and the US - so I didn't look for new local clients during my trip.
