What are your preferred tools to manage your time and schedule?

I love having a written planner. I put everything in there. For my work projects I use Basecamp to organize them. For call bookings I use Appointlet.

For communicating with employees and designers I use Google Calendar and Drive, [Trello], Wipster, and Whatsapp. I don't have a big enough team to warrant Slack channels. Also, email but meh.
