When it comes to my work time, I try to have laser-sharp focus and to only work on a few things at the same time. When it was clear that we'll be able to sell ChameleonJohn and I was searching for new projects to work on, I eventually came up with Explorio.com and decided that this will be my main business project for a very long time, since it has the power to change the lives of millions of travelers around the world. Then I either sold, closed down, or passed on all my other projects so that I could focus 100% on Explorio. When it comes to traveling, currently there is a lot of work to be done with Explorio so I generally work 4-5 days per week and travel during the weekends. Once the situation is not as hectic, I'll switch back to my old ways, where I spend 2-3 months traveling quite actively (while obviously keeping up with work all the time for around 6 hours per day) and then spending 4-6 weeks in a location that I absolutely love (my last ones were Taipei, Bangkok, Granada, and Bali) in order to focus on work 100% to make sure everything's running great. Then getting back to traveling more and then getting back to working more. That has worked out quite well for me over the years, but everyone needs to figure out what works best for them.
